Stop Eating Donuts!

Are you falling victim to the fast food chains, sitting at home typing all day putting on weight, not getting outside into the sunshine?

You know if you carry on this way you might just create yourself a Ba-donk-a donk-BUTT and you don't want that do you.

So here are a few tips on how to keep the weight off even if you do nothing but online work all day.

1. Stop eating late at night.

2. Go for a half hour walk 3 times a week.

3. Stop eating Butter, Ice cream and Creame. We all know these side effect of these products so try avoid sticky them in your mouth

4. Stop drinking fizzy drinks, These can bloat your stomach and may very cause some stomach aches and pains.

5. Stop eating white bread. Brown or multigrain bread are healther and you are not eating as much sugar.

6. Stay away from fried food: Deep fried chips, fried chicken fried anything just say NO!!!

7. Drink water, it's a much more healthier alternetive and it tastes great.

8. Cut down your meal portions, you do not need to eat until your belt buckle wants to rip and tear off.

9. Sleep, Try and get at least 8 hours sleep each night.

10. Fruits and vegies, Last but not least fruits and vegitables try and eat at least 5 of each everyday.

Weight loss is not hard it requires a little bit of discipline, if you can stick to the above i guarantee you will feel the results.

I highly recommend you get yourself a good healthy cook book, I use the Body For Life recipe book which is just awesome and they also incorperate a work out plan if you want to tone up or build musle. The recipes are easy to make and don't take much time at all, I live and will die by this book because i have never felt so good in my life.
